The day before we were set to order supplies and begin finishing our unfinished basement, we walked downstairs and found it a foot underwater during very heavy rainfall. Thankfully, we didn’t have any materials yet, so nothing was ruined, but we knew we had to fix the problem before our remodel could start. We called several large companies in our area to get a quote, and no one would even come out to bid us for several weeks, and several places put us on a waiting list and wouldn’t even give us a date. Some of the prices we were quoted were astronomical! When we called Doug, he came out the same week for a quote that was extremely competitive. He had the job started about a week later and was finished in a very timely manner. We were very happy with his work. We haven’t had any flooding since, either. We have since completed the basement remodel. We plan to invest in properties in the near future, and we will definitely call him again for any future needs!
